14-day money-back guarantee. If something you bought from Nova Printables isn't what its product page described, or you can't open or print it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

1. Send us a message from the help page and choose "Refund request".
2. Include the email you paid with and, if you have it, your order reference (it's on your order page and receipt).
3. We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.

Good to know

• No forms to fill in about why. A short note helps us improve, but it isn't required.
• After a refund, please delete the file and stop using it.
• Requests after 14 days are handled case by case.
