Don't paste what you shouldn't
Avoid pasting personal details (addresses, phone numbers, health or payment information) or confidential business data unless your plan and policies allow it.
Check the data settings
Providers differ on whether conversations are stored or used to improve models, and business plans often have stricter controls. Read the settings and choose deliberately.
Anonymize
Replace names and details with placeholders ('Customer A', '[address]'); the draft works the same and you fill the details in afterward.
